We are pleased to announce that a new version is available at Aliphia. New updates have been made and new features have emerged.Let us give you a summary of what you will now find on the application:
- Added a new option in the menu called “Orders” . That allows to create and manage purchase orders from customers.
- The emails templates now contain an editor that supports RTF (Rich Text Format ) for editing and layout your emails with : Links, sizes, characters, colors etc …
- The emails now are sent with clickable URL.
- On any documents you will find the name and contact address of the person who created the quote, invoice or the order.
- At the top of each client, appears a new ” Items sold ” tab with a radar chart, which allows you to view real-time purchases.
- This same chart radar on each product, allows you to see which of your customers buy more a current product or service.
- Added a new type of user called “Salesman”. The latter may have access to the software to enter commands and add new clients.
- A new tab available in the “System Settings ” allows you to backup your data, encrypted and compressed in ZIP format, save it to your PC and transfer again whenever you want.
- All data can be now reset from the application.
Now you can also manage access information located on your software :
- Hide information about the quantity of products in stock and dont show the “Salesman” items that are not yet available.
- You are the only one that have the right to approve and reject commands created by the salesman and convert them into invoices and payment.
- Generate a report analyzing sales by each salesman.
