GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE - ONLINE SALES

1- The person who makes the purchase is considered to be the single buyer. He is the only bound to payment. The product ABox can not be resold or transferred to third parties in a commercial relationship.

2- The client, by performing confirmation of the order, have read and accepted these terms and conditions, which are an integral part of the agreement between parties.

3- Orders must be paid via the payment platform built on the site aliphia.com. Aliphia disclaims all liability related to the online payment process. All taxes and VAT are the responsibility of the Buyer.

4- Aliphia use all reasonable means to maintain current information on its website, complete and accurate. However, it gives no guarantee about it, and can never be held responsible for direct or indirect damages that someone would experience following a visit or use the website, unless that person proves intent or serious misconduct.

5- Aliphia is not liable for force majeure which would slow or prevent the execution. Are considered, among others but not exclusively, as force majeure: strikes, natural disasters, floods, fires, occupation, extreme climatic conditions and technical failures. Aliphia does not prove the unforeseeable or unavoidable nature of such force majeure.

6- Protection of Privacy: Aliphia undertakes to respect the legal rules concerning respect for privacy and protection of personal data. The client expressly agrees on the fact to transmit true, accurate, current and complete information about himself as prompted by the payment form.

7- Aliphia reserves the right, when it has a reasonable doubt that the data provided are incorrect, incomplete or out of date, suspend or refuse the requested operation. 11- The shipping can take from one week to three months. Immediately after buying the Box, we activate your online account for 3 months until the receipt of your Aliphia Box. This will allow you to start working immediately.

12- The Consumer has a warranty of 3 years. However, the guarantee does not apply if the defect originated in the mishandling, damage or improper use of the product by the Customer.

13- The box, once received with perfectly readable bar code displayed on the back of the box is the only connection code to the Box. We are not responsible for its loss.

14- Aliphia is committed to providing you immediate access to software online by providing you with 3 months of SaaS subscription. This allows you to start work until receipt of your Box.

15- Aliphia makes every effort to ensure that the delivery times indicated on the site are respected. The delivery times are over when you receive the confirmation email.

16- The responsibility is limited to Aliphia sending the Box and is not responsible for what may follow once sent.

17- Aliphia reserves the right to product replacement of damaged or piece (the relevant pieces) product instead of repair. When there is a need to replace the ABox product or component parts that have been replaced will become the property.
