In early June, Aliphia your invoicing software will have a new skin. The application takes on new clothes : a different and innovative UI with additional features . With each upgrade we take our time to include new ways of making things easier for you!
What has changed in design-wise?
- For an optimized access of all the features , the menu is now displayed on the left.
- The side navigation menu appears and retracts when you click on the icon above.
- Although minimal, you will also notice a change in color and icons.
What are the new features?
- Spending , you can now apply a tax, add a reference , attach files that you can view later on the software.
- You can also export in one click all your expenses and automate recurring ones by scheduling in advance.
- In payments, you can now enter the bank charges or decide not to. You can also add the tax amount entered by the customer and of course export all payments made.
- A new item stock function will allow you to create different lists of prices for the same product : Either by markup or markdown prices by percentage or by entering the individual price of each product. On the invoice, you have all the price list created to apply to your products charged .
- A report complements this function for all PDF price lists created.
- In ” User Accounts ” you will find an Activity Log for each account created , which provides information regarding the actions made, a record of features used and the connection time.
- Data entered on the software can be exported in CVS or XLS format.
- Finally, a new preview window lets you see your invoice without downloading and without having to install software for viewing pdf .
